General Conditions

CHAUFFEUR DRIVEN SERVICES :

Our marked prices are inclusive terms. This include the local taxes, and unlimited insurance for the passengers, all car expenses.

For cars at disposal, as well as for transfers, the charge is reckoned from the moment the car leaves the garage till it comes back.

For all services ( except transfers ) departing after 11am and ending after 2pm, departing after 7pm and ending after 10pm, driver's meal 23€ will be charged on extra.

Parking charges and tolls are payable by the client.

V.A.T (7%) is included

The hourly rate including unlimited mileage is only applicable when the service starts and ends from the same place.
This rate is not applicable for transfers.

Luggages : maximum 30 kg per passenger.

Any complaint must be made within 8 days of service; otherwise, if the required information can't be obtained from the chauffeurs, the complaint will not be taken into account.
The "Tribunal de Monaco" is the only court of competent jurisdiction in case of litigation.
